Ramundberget is an outpost literally at the end of the road and on the border with the unpaved backcountry. Ever since 1936, when their first guests knocked on the door, an increasing number of people, including us, have taken Ramundberget to our hearts. So when the resort was in for a highly needed renovation and modernization, it was paramount to the resort owners to protect the foundations upon which their establishment had been built and to further strengthen the genuine soul and feel of this outpost resort.

Warm intimate dining. Ski boots welcome. The brand new dining experience at Grytan Kök & Bar is a multi-purpose venue, hosting a new coffee shop, lunch, á la carte restaurant, cocktail bar & after-ski activities. It is a warm, intimate family restaurant that changes its atmosphere several times during the day due to service offerings and needs. The interior is custom-made in order to suit the needs of skiers and its number of coat hangers is probably the highest for a restaurant north of the Alps.

The Grytan (trans. The Pot) logo has its origins in the copper pot and the community created by it. Something to gather around after a day out on the mountain. The inspiration for its graphic form is taken from the stripped nature of the mountain and the visual language of Sami culture.

The warm red colors intensify the warm and family oriented feeling we sought to achieve, with natural materials like warm wood, leather and copper for further enhancement.
